Agents with our company earn anywhere from $80,000 - $150,000+ annually. We are a hardworking group with drive and determination to succeed.

You can expect:

  • We provide 40-50 leads per month - 100% guaranteed. We know that firms promise leads and do not follow through... we are not that firm. You WILL receive leads IMMEDIATELY upon joining our team.
  • We provide signs, lockboxes, business cards, all at no cost - you just bring your work ethic.
  • Access to our highly effective CRM system with follow up / drip campaigns already created for you.
  • Full time Broker assistance.
  • Full time Office Admin assistance.
  • No E&O (we pay).

Responsibilities:

  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year in order to effectively increase your client base
  • Support and learn from other team-oriented agents in order to establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career
  • Coordinate with clients and seek properties matching client expectations to increase sales
  • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to provide desired results
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases for clients in order to facilitate smooth and accurate transactions

Qualifications:

  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends
  • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs and systems
  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Willing and able to be on the road for large amounts of time
  • Communicate clearly both written and verbally

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
